Chair Yoga for Every-Body!

Put away that yoga mat! We’ve got a nice, sturdy chair that will open your body, mind, and spirit to a wonderful yoga experience.
Enjoy all the benefits of traditional Hatha yoga poses and deep, mindful breathing without worrying about balance or mobility. You’ll strengthen your muscles, increase flexibility, sharpen your mental focus, and have a great time.
This class is suitable for men and women of all ages and is accessible to people with a wide range of activity levels and physical conditions. First-timers and “old pros” are always welcome. Instructor: Susan Tull, RYT-200.
